Mt Carmel Baptist Church of Whitehouse, Texas is currently taking applications for a Financial Secretary. This position is part time working 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.

Position Title: Financial Secretary

Supervisor: Pastor and Administrative Team

Position Status: Part Time

Position Summary: Supports the mission and vision of the church through administration of the finances of the church.

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Excellent organization skills

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Detail-oriented

·      Strong follow-through skills and time management skills

·      Bookkeeping or accounting experience

·      Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

 Desired Qualifications:

 

               Experience with ACS church software

 

Educational Qualifications:

 

               High School diploma or equivalent
