Operation Christmas Child Ministry
“Let the children come to Me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.” Mark 10:14, ESV
The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church, such as Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

Donate your cans!
Donate your empty cans (ex. soda)!
Drop off in a trash bag into the bin behind the Gym.
We take these to the Recycle Bin around Earth Day and use the funds to help purchase items during the year for shoe boxes.
Donate Christmas Cards!
Don't throw away your used Christmas cards!!
We write words of encouragement to the recipient of the shoeboxes on the back of the cards!
There will be a box for the cards on the
OCC table in the Welcome Center!
