Senior Pastor
Charles was called as pastor of MCBC in February of 2020. His passion for ministry stems from a hearts desire to see that all people are reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ and that disciples are equipped and mobilized to replicate their faith. His personal approach is to reach, teach, motivate and replicate. His ministry experience includes 14 years as a Minister of Students and 13 years as the Executive Director of two Baptist Camp Ministries. Charles is married to Amy Hill and has two beautiful daughters, Kayleigh and Rylie.

Minister to Students
Jason Adams
Minister to Students
Jason and his wife Heather joined our staff in 2019 and have been having a blast leading and developing our youth programs. Their daughter Kylie and son Logan have been a welcome addition to our family oriented church setting. We look forward to many years of ministry together.
Minister to Children, Katy Cooper
Katy Cooper joined our staff in September 2023.
Justin and Katy Cooper moved to Whitehouse in March of 2022. They are blessed with three beautiful children: Brixton (10) Harper (6) and Langston (3).
Katy comes with experience in both Social Work and Children’s Ministry and is currently pursuing her Teaching Certification while working as a Teacher’s Aide at the school her children attend. She is looking forward to getting to know each of you… and especially the children of Mt. Carmel! Katy hopes to build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and the volunteers who work with the children of our church. She will promote Biblical learning opportunities to support their spiritual growth.
